EventON 5.0

AI Assist & A Lot More

In 5.0 we took AI assist for events even further. You already know what event you want to create, 5.0 implements AI to assist you with event content. We've added AI suggestions for Event types, tags, FAQs, Summary. With 5.0 we have taken eventON platform to new levels.

Expand Event Maps

You can now set to expand the event google map, so the map will show as full page lightbox, allowing a better bigger view of location.

Colored Event Type Filter

You can now show event type filter items color-coded with their set colors.

Event Duration

Enable the option to show event duration on eventTop and on event card time section.

Event Type in EventCard

We added the ability to show event type tags on eventCard. When these are clicked, a calendar with other events from this event type will appear as an overlaying side panel on the page.

FAQs

EventON events now support native FAQs for events. You can also use AI assist to help you suggest FAQs using your event title and description.

Multi Data Types Expanded

We have expanded multi data type (MDT) fields, with extra additional fields. Those can also be used as preset values to categorize MDT items. You can also set whether these MDT items to be visible to admin only or everywhere.

Admin Improvements

In 5.0 we made several design and UI changes to EventON admin side as well as several new features to help with smooth event management.

Concise Event Settings on Event Edit Page

As we add more features and functionality to eventON, things were becoming very hard to find. So we made a side nav for event edit settings that will make easy for finding specific event settings for an event.

AI Assist on The Side

AI assistance is now showing from the bottom right corner of the page. It can now be minimized -- allowing you to change content based on AI response. You can also delete AI responses now. You will also find new AI assist options in here.

EventON Settings Search

In EventON Settings, we added an option to allow searching for setting and having those matches highlight on page. We are hoping to improve more on this in the future.

Open EventON Docs & Guides on Site

You can now open eventON guide documentations direct in your website with click to open images in full-size lightbox.
